BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES TOOLKIT CREATORS (2)

THE ROLE

Do you love the Behavioural Sciences and are unsure how to express it yet? Perhaps you are a Behavioural Science student finishing your master’s degree and would like to consolidate your knowledge and spend some time translating how theory should be put into practice?

Insight for Good is a research and consultancy social enterprise that is looking to do good in society by offering insight into human behaviour to help solve today’s world challenges.

We are looking to build a Behaviour Change Toolkit, involving a repository of behaviour change concepts along with case studies that can be accessed online and downloaded freely from our site to stimulate awareness into the opportunities that the Behavioural Sciences have to change the world for good.

The specific format of the toolkit is yet to be decided but we know that it should involve clear explanations of the most important behaviour change concepts combined with video animation and downloadable content. Volunteers will research and make proposals about the best way to present this information so that it is accessible from our website and social media channels.

To do this we need two volunteers to collaborate and work together for a total of 10 hours each per week during 5 months.

BENEFITS FOR YOU

  • The opportunity to improve on your CV by demonstrating that your work has involved a finished product – a product that you can demonstrate is available online, while you gain experience about how Behaviour Change can be put into practice
  • A flexible volunteering opportunity that you can fit around other commitments·
  • The opportunity to collaborate with other volunteers
  • Support and advice from members of the Insight for Good team.
